Before engaging Employee Matters, I had engaged other HR consultants in the past who were helpful but were not as responsive or knowledgeable as the team from Employee Matters and I struggled to find somebody who could provide timely advice from experienced HR professionals which didn’t have large upfront commitments, cost wise.
