Starting your HR Journey
Once you have agreed to work with us on ‘Achieving Success Through Your People’ you will receive:
- A welcome from our Managing Director, Natasha Hawker
- An introduction to your Expert, telling you a little bit about them
- Information on how you have helped with our giving program, just by signing up to our services!
- An invitation from your Expert to meet and commence your HR journey with us
Meet your dedicated Expert
Your dedicated Employee Expert will meet up with you to:
- Discuss any pressing HR issues and to make a start on resolving this for you
- Set up a time to complete data gathering for our Employee Metrics HR diagnostic tool
- Arrange for your other free resources to be delivered
Setting you up for success
Over the next few weeks your Expert will:
- Work with you to resolve any pressing HR issues
- Complete the Employee Metrics diagnostic report providing you with a ‘traffic light’ risk indicator and recommended actions
- Agree on your HR Roadmap: a one-year strategic HR plan for your organisation
Kickstart your journey with HR pathways
With your plan in place we can agree on your monthly hours of HR support and your Expert will:
- Conduct an initial meeting - finalise the scope of work, plans/strategies/next steps, and what success will look like - your end goal
- Work with you to deliver our promise
Progress Check-ins
Meetings to review and ensure progress, as per your requirements
Reporting
- Status of any pressing HR issues
- Measure success against your HR Roadmap
- Visibility of how your monthly hours have been used
- Any updates to your HR Roadmap (as required)
Client Satisfaction
- Scheduled calls from our Managing Director and General Manager to obtain your feedback, e.g.:
- What is working for you?
- What could we be doing better for you?
Ongoing Support and Added Value
- Renewal of HR Pathways at the conclusion of 12 months
- Reviewing and updating the HR Roadmap
