Employee Matters offers two modes of engaging with our flexible, end-to-end recruitment services:
- Tiered Recruitment Packages – a fixed-price solution ideal for helping you source and hire for one or several current known job vacancies.
- Partner Recruitment Service (RPS) – a bespoke approach that outsources your end-to-end recruitment needs to us by embedding an Employee Matters Recruitment Expert into your team: they’ll operate seamlessly as a member of your team, helping you with current vacancies, as well as mid to long-term strategic concerns such as your employer branding and recruitment forecasting.

Starting Your Recruitment Partner Journey
Once you have agreed to work with us on Achieving Success Through Your People you will receive:
- A welcome from our Managing Director, Natasha Hawker
- An introduction to your Expert, telling you a little bit about them
- Information on how you have helped with our giving program, B1G1, just by signing up to our services!
- An invitation from your Expert to meet and commence your Recruitment Partner journey with us
Meet Your Dedicated Recruitment Expert
Your dedicated Recruitment Expert will meet with you to:
- Understand your short-term and medium-term recruitment needs
- Understand how you wish the relationship to grow in terms of:
- Regular contact
- Our points of contact within your organisation
- How we can support/enhance your existing processes
- Reporting requirements
- Set up a time to commence immediate recruitment projects
Taking Job Briefs
Your Recruitment Expert will meet with you to commence immediate individual recruitment projects by:
- Taking a detailed Job Brief to understand the roles you wish to recruit for, your requirements and to get to know the culture and make up of your business
- Agree with you which parts of the recruitment process you require our support for — the entire process or selected stages
- Agree the recruitment project timetables, accountabilities and deliverables at each stage and progress reporting schedule
Complete Your Recruitment Projects
As we work with you and get to know your organisation, the roles and the kinds of people you are seeking, you will see the improvements in your recruitment outcomes including:
- Increase in the speed and efficiency when filling roles with quality candidates
