The Challenge
The company was looking to rapidly establish its operations within Australia. Their primary objective was a massive talent scale-up, aiming to aggressively increase their headcount from 5 to 180 employees over a tight 12-month timeframe. The Solution

A senior recruiter also worked on-site to interview alongside managers, upskilling the managers’ own interview capabilities while building out Asurion’s entire recruitment policy and process for future self-sufficiency
The Results
The partnership achieved substantial cost efficiencies, costing Asurion only about 30% of traditional agency fees and securing a direct saving of $139k across just three senior-level placements. Additionally, the strategy delivered higher-quality candidates, resulted in lower long-term attrition rates and successfully upskilled the internal management team’s hiring expertise
