The Challenge
After a significant business transition, IPC International retained the services of Employee Matters to support the delivery of their HR and recruitment objectives and to ensure alignment and consistency to their culture and values. The delivery of these was to an agreed timeline and included compliance with changes in employment relations legislation in Australia and the development of new policies and procedures.
The Solution
