An email signature might seem like a trivial part of work but a workplace expert says it can make or brake the message. Natasha Hawker, managing director of Sydney-based company Employee Matters, has shared a few tips to avoid coming across passive aggressive. One of the worst ways to end a work email is to include an exclamation mark at the end of the text, such as ‘thanks!’, as it could come across as demanding.
